The Stuff 4K Blu-ray Releases July 22 from Arrow Video
Arrow Video presents The Stuff on 4K Blu-ray with a new restoration and extensive bonus features this July.
The Stuff arrives on 4K Blu-ray from Arrow Video on July 22 in the U.S. and Canada, with a UK street date of July 21. Directed by horror auteur Larry Cohen, this 1985 film blends horror and B-movie elements in a story about a mysterious dessert product that exerts a sinister influence over those who consume it.
This release features a brand-new 4K restoration from the original camera negative presented with Dolby Vision HDR. The audio options include the original lossless English 1.0 mono track and optional English subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing.
The package includes extensive bonus materials such as brand new and archival audio commentaries featuring writer-director Larry Cohen and film critics David Flint and Adrian Smith. There is also a behind-the-scenes documentary, Can't Get Enough of The Stuff, with interviews from key cast and crew, plus Enough is Never Enough, a newly edited featurette with previously unseen interviews. A feature-length documentary exploring the history of New York City's 42nd Street, 42nd Street Memories: The Rise and Fall of America's Most Notorious Street, round out the extras.
