The Kamen Rider Trilogy Blu-ray: April 8 Release

Media Blasters will issue a standard Blu-ray edition of The Kamen Rider Trilogy (1992-1994), scheduled to hit shelves on April 8, 2025. Previously available as an exclusive limited Elite Kollection, this wider retail release presents the most elusive entries in the legendary sci-fi superhero franchise.

SHIN KAMEN RIDER: PROLOGUE (1992) follows the storyline where geneticists Kazamatsuri and Onizuka aim to create a genetically modified human immune to diseases. Shin, the motorcyclist son of Doctor Kazamatsuri, finds himself integrated into this web of intrigue as his DNA is fused with a grasshopper’s, setting the stage for his confrontation with a criminal group harboring malicious intents.

KAMEN RIDER ZO (1993) introduces us to Masaru Aso, a survivor of Dr. Mochizuki's genetic experiments that transformed him into Kamen Rider ZO. Awakening from a coma, he faces dangerous obstacles while protecting Dr. Mochizuki's son from looming threats.

KAMEN RIDER J (1994) sees Koji Segawa, a nature photographer reborn as Kamen Rider J by the Earth Spirits. He gains formidable powers to combat the FOG, an organization threatening humanity, as he strives to save Kana, the girl he died protecting.
