Sword of Sherwood Forest (1960), directed by Terence Fisher, arrives on Blu-ray from Indicator/Powerhouse Films on November 17, 2025. Richard Greene returns as Robin Hood, the role he made famous in the classic TV series The Adventures of Robin Hood. This time, the legendary outlaw uncovers a deadly conspiracy: the scheming Sheriff of Nottingham (Peter Cushing) plans to murder the Archbishop of Canterbury and seize the lands of fallen nobles. With Maid Marian (Sarah Branch) and his Merry Men at his side, Robin sets out to foil the plot.
The Blu-ray presents a new High Definition remaster with the original English LPCM mono audio, plus new and improved English subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing and an isolated music & effects track. Indicator/Powerhouse will be releasing this as a Region B locked, Standard Edition.

Additional content includes A Hero’s Fanfare, an appreciation of Alun Hoddinott’s score, the original theatrical trailer, and an image gallery.
