Sean Connery James Bond 6-Film 4K UHD Collection Arrives June 10
MGM and Warner Bros release the complete Sean Connery Bond series in 4K Ultra HD with Dolby Vision and Atmos audio
The complete Sean Connery James Bond collection from Metro Goldwyn Mayer (MGM) will be available on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray on June 10, 2025. Distributed by Warner Bros Home Entertainment, this set includes six classic spy thrillers starring Sean Connery as Agent 007: Dr. No (1962), From Russia With Love (1963), Goldfinger (1964), Thunderball (1965), You Only Live Twice (1967), and Diamonds Are Forever (1971).
These films are presented for the first time in 4K resolution with High Dynamic Range (HDR) and Dolby Vision, delivering enhanced colors, brighter highlights up to 40 times brighter, and deeper blacks up to 10 times darker compared to standard pictures. The audio is available in English Dolby ATMOS and DTS-HD Master Audio, with additional descriptive audio tracks and subtitles in English SDH, Spanish, and French.
The set is offered both as a standard edition and in a collectible steelbook format featuring unique artwork and a steelbook library case. All six titles will also be available via digital platforms from MGM.
Each film retains its original widescreen aspect ratio: Dr. No, From Russia With Love, and Goldfinger at 1.75:1; Thunderball and You Only Live Twice at 2.35:1; Diamonds Are Forever at 2.39:1. The filmmakers behind the series include directors Terence Young, Guy Hamilton, Lewis Gilbert, and screenwriters such as Richard Maibaum, Roald Dahl, and Tom Mankiewicz. Producers Harry Saltzman and Albert R. Broccoli oversee this iconic franchise that has grossed over $7.8 billion worldwide.
