Hackers, directed by Iain Softley is arriving as a 2-disc 4K Blu-ray/Blu-ray combo from 88 Films on September 22. This 30th Anniversary edition has a brand-new 4K restoration from the original camera negative, delivered in Dolby Vision (HDR10 compatible). Audio options include an English Dolby Atmos track, 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio and 2.0 DTS-HD Master Audio, with optional English SDH subtitles.
The mid-’90s cyber-thriller follows teenage hacker Dade “Zero Cool” Murphy (Jonny Lee Miller) who's been banned from computers till his eighteenth birthday, after crashing Wall Street’s systems. He teams up with fellow hackers Kate (Angelina Jolie) and Cereal (Matthew Lillard) and they end up uncovering a corporate plot to unleash a virus that could sink oil tankers.
