Frailty 4K Blu-ray Arrives July 15 from Lionsgate
Bill Paxton's directorial debut released on 4K Blu-ray with HDR and extensive bonus features.
Frailty (2001), Bill Paxton’s directorial debut, comes to 4K Blu-ray from Lionsgate Home Entertainment on July 15. The film stars Bill Paxton, Matthew McConaughey, Powers Boothe, Matt O'Leary, and Jeremy Sumpter.
This release presents Frailty in a new 4K restoration with Dolby Vision HDR, paired with a Dolby Atmos audio track. The story follows Fenton Meiks (McConaughey) revealing to the FBI the terrifying acts of the 'God’s Hand Killer,' linking to his father's belief in a divine mission to purge demons in human form.
The disc includes multiple audio commentaries: one featuring director Bill Paxton and writer Brent Hanley, and another with editor Arnold Glassman, producer David Kirschner, and composer Brian Tyler. Viewers will also find a variety of featurettes and extras that offer deeper insight into the film’s production.
