Daughters of Darkness arrives on 4K Blu-ray featuring a new 4K restoration from the original negative by Blue Underground - supervised and approved by director Harry Kümel. Presented with both 4K UHD and Blu-ray editions of the film and Dolby Vision HDR.
The vampire tale follows newlyweds Stefan and Valerie who encounter the enigmatic countess Báthory (Delphine Seyrig) and her companion Ilona at a remote seaside hotel. The film explores themes of power, seduction, and forbidden desires in a rich Euro-horror atmosphere.

Archival footage features Delphine Seyrig discussing her career, behind-the-scenes clips from the set, and on-set footage with Kümel and stuntman Thierry Hallaert.
Further supplements include an interview with critic and author Kim Newman, plus a visual essay titled Immoral Tales: Daughters of Darkness, Class, Cruelty, and the Cinematic Legacy of Bathory by Kat Ellinger. Plus, showcases two short films by Kümel: Anna the Maid (1958) and Aether (1960), expanding on his distinctive cinematic vision.
The limited edition set is housed in a rigid box with full-height Scanavo packaging and a removable OBI strip that leaves the packaging clean of certificates or markings. Completing the package is an 80-page perfect bound booklet with new essays by Suzanne Boleyn, Martyn Conterio, Joseph Dwyer, Alexandra Heller-Nicholas, and Mairéad Roche.
