Norman Jewison's legal drama starring Al Pacino arrives on Blu-ray with new commentary and restored audio
And Justice for All, directed by Norman Jewison and starring Al Pacino, Jack Warden, and John Forsythe, releases on Blu-ray from Indicator/Powerhouse Films on August 18, 2025. This intense legal drama explores the conflicts faced by defence attorney Arthur Kirkland when his professional duties clash with his conscience.
The Blu-ray features a high definition remaster, preserving the original mono audio track. It includes two audio commentaries: one from director Norman Jewison recorded in 2001, and a 2025 commentary from film historians Alexandra Heller-Nicholas and Josh Nelson.
Additional supplements comprise archival interviews such as Norman Jewison: The Testimony of the Director (2008), Barry Levinson: Cross-Examining the Screenwriter (2008), and a 2000 audio recording of Barry Levinson in conversation at BFI Southbank, London. The release also contains the original theatrical trailer and an image gallery of promotional and publicity material.
Subtitles are provided in new, improved English for the deaf and hard of hearing. A limited edition exclusive booklet accompanies the disc with a new essay by Sergio Angelini, plus archival interviews with Al Pacino, Barry Levinson, and Norman Jewison.
