American Pie 2 4K Blu-ray Releases June 2nd from 88 Films

American Pie 2 returns for its first 4K Blu-ray release, scheduled for June 2025 from 88 Films. This follow-up to the original comedy has been remastered in 4K HDR10 and Dolby Vision from the original camera negatives, offering both the theatrical and unrated versions with enhanced picture quality.

The release arrives as a two-disc combo pack featuring the 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray alongside a standard Blu-ray. Audio options include DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 and 2.0 mixes with optional English SDH subtitles.

Special features on this edition include multiple audio commentaries with director J.B. Rogers, writer Adam Herz, and cast members Jason Biggs, Mena Suvari, Thomas Ian Nicholas, and Eddie Kaye Thomas. Fans will also find deleted scenes such as "Stifler's Dad Moves In" and "Stifler's Dad Meets Jim's Dad," outtakes, and featurettes titled "The Baking Of American Pie 2" and "Good Times With The Cast."

Additional extras encompass the music video for "Be Like That" by 3 Doors Down, the theatrical trailer introduced by Jason Biggs, and a behind-the-scenes stills gallery. Packaging includes a 40-page perfectly bound book filled with cast and crew photos and behind-the-scenes images, all housed in a rigid slipcase featuring original poster artwork and an O-Ring with new artwork by Tommy Pocket.

This edition is region-free for the 4K disc, while the Blu-ray is region B locked.
