PlotIn the heart of Paris, a series of grisly murders near the Notre-Dame Cathedral baffles the local police. The victims, all young women, are found with ritualistic mutilations, leading authorities to believe a deranged killer is at work. Dr. Dennis Orloff, a forensic pathologist with a dark past, becomes involved in the investigation, using his expertise to aid the police in tracking down the elusive murderer. As Dr. Orloff delves deeper, he encounters a range of suspects, including eccentric characters in the gothic underworld of Paris. His own tormented psyche becomes increasingly strained as he finds himself haunted by memories of his previous work and connections with the criminal world.
Simultaneously, a journalist named Anne is pursuing her own investigation, determined to unveil the truth behind the killings and make a name for herself. Her path crosses with Dr. Orloff's, and an uneasy alliance forms between them. However, as they dig deeper and unveil more horrifying clues, they both become targets of the murderer. With the dark streets of Paris closing in around them, Anne and Orloff must race against time to uncover the identity of the killer before becoming victims themselves, navigating through layers of deception, insanity, and death.

Franco's 'Exorcism' offers cult appeal despite its low-budget origins, yet the Blu-ray's mediocre audio and video quality and minimal extras may disappoint some.
