PlotSuffering from acute kidney failure, a man retreats to the lush countrysides of Northeast Thailand, where he spends his final days surrounded by the tranquility of his farm. The peaceful solitude is disrupted by the arrival of his sister-in-law and a long-lost son, who comes in a non-human form. The family reunion is filled with warmth, though it is haunted by the peculiar and unexplained.
As he reflects on his life, the dying man begins to experience a series of strange occurrences that connect him to his past lives. He is visited by the ghost of his deceased wife, and together with his family, he embarks on a mystical journey through the jungle. This introspective quest traverses the boundaries between the living and the dead, the present and the historical, the spiritual and the mundane, revealing the cyclical nature of life.
