PlotIn Los Angeles, a journalist for the Los Angeles Times, looking for his next story, encounters a homeless man displaying extraordinary musical talent on the streets. Their developing relationship highlights the challenges of mental illness and homelessness, raising questions about society's role in supporting its most vulnerable members.
