PlotPaddington, the lovable bear, is living happily with the Brown family in London. When his beloved Aunt Lucy turns 100 and sends word from Peru, Paddington and the Browns decide to surprise her with a visit. The journey leads them through bustling airports and to Lima, but upon arrival at the Home for Retired Bears, they discover Aunt Lucy is missing. Clues suggest she has embarked on a mysterious quest deep in the Peruvian rainforest—fueling Paddington’s determination to find her and ensure she is not alone on her birthday. The family teams up with some old friends and local personalities, who offer guidance and share stories about Lucy’s possible whereabouts.
As the group ventures into the wilds of Peru, they face unexpected obstacles, including tricky terrain and characters with hidden motives. Along the way, Paddington’s optimism helps unite the team, and together they unravel clues regarding Aunt Lucy’s adventure and its true significance. The rainforest journey grows increasingly perilous and illuminating as deeper secrets about family, friendship, and belonging emerge. Together, their bond is tested by the challenges ahead—but with Paddington’s signature kindness and perseverance, they hold onto hope of finding Aunt Lucy before time runs out for her centennial celebration.
