PlotGomez and Morticia Addams move to an eerie mansion in New Jersey to commence a family life away from societal rejection. They have two children, Wednesday and Pugsley, who engage in unusual, macabre activities befitting their family's notorious nature. The Addams family enjoys their isolated life until reality TV host Margaux Needler starts developing a perfect, picture-perfect planned community nearby. Margaux is determined to sell the aesthetically artificial homes, but she finds the Addams family’s creepy abode a significant eyesore that could jeopardize her plans. She begins scheming to rid the neighborhood of the Addams' influence and generate unrest among the picture-perfect suburb's residents.
Meanwhile, Pugsley prepares for an important family rite of passage known as the Mazurka, which tests his ability to uphold the family's traditions. Wednesday becomes curious about life outside the mansion and decides to attend middle school, befriending Margaux's neglected daughter, Parker. Tensions escalate as Margaux's machinations heighten, placing the Addams at odds with their normative neighbors. This clash between the Addams’ unique lifestyle and Margaux's aggressive conformity crusade forms the crux of the conflict, exploring themes of acceptance, individuality, and familial bonds.
