A fashion model dies during a botched abortion, and the event sets off a chain of mysterious and brutal murders within Milan's glamorous fashion industry. Carlo, a photographer, and Magda, a model he works with, become increasingly entangled in the terrifying events. As their colleagues are picked off one by one in gruesome fashion, the pair attempts to uncover the identity of the killer.

Their investigation reveals dark secrets and twisted relationships within the fashion house. Each clue they unearth suggests the killer could be someone deeply embedded in their world, adding layers of suspicion and fear.
