Welcome to the Jungle
Director: Rob Meltzer
Actors: Jean-Claude Van Damme, Adam Brody, Rob Huebel
PlotA group of unsuspecting office workers from a design company embarks on a corporate team-building retreat on a tropical island, hoping to boost their morale and work capabilities. Led by the ex-military guide, Storm Rothchild, their expectations of a productive getaway quickly devolve into chaos when they are stranded in the remote locale. The team comprises a mix of clashing personalities and office archetypes, including a meek and unassertive man still pining for a promotion and his workplace interest, an overbearing bully of a colleague, and the typically indifferent office workers.
As the group struggles with the harsh reality of survival, they are forced to put the petty office politics aside and work together. However, internal power struggles soon come to the forefront, with individuals vying for leadership in the absence of civilization's norms. The pressure of the situation starts revealing the true colors of the team members, testing their limits and willingness to cooperate for the greater good. Personal growth and unexpected heroism are put to the test as they clash with the wilderness and their own inner demons in an attempt to escape the jungle's treacheries and return to their urban comforts.
