PlotA group of reality show contestants embarks on a survival game in the remote wilderness of West Virginia, supervised by retired marine Dale Murphy. As they begin their adventure, the contestants face challenges that test their endurance and wit. However, their excitement dwindles when they stumble upon evidence that the area is not as deserted as they thought. Unbeknownst to them, they have entered the territory of a family of grotesque, inbred cannibals who have lived in isolation for generations, setting the stage for a horrifying ordeal.
As the contestants and crew grapple with the realization of their deadly predicament, they must navigate the dangerous terrain while avoiding the cannibals' traps. The threats multiply as the family begins hunting them down one by one, turning the survival game into a fight for their lives. With their numbers dwindling and hope fading, the contestants must summon all their courage and resourcefulness to evade their relentless pursuers, making it a race against time to escape the forest's dark and twisted inhabitants.
