PlotA competitive marksman named Ken Yip crosses paths with police inspector Jerry Chong during a high-stakes shooting competition. Due to the contentious nature of vigilantism, Ken faces legal scrutiny. As the investigation unfolds, unexpected twists and growing suspicions disrupt the lives of both Ken and Chong.
