A lone drifter, haunted by his father's death, goes by the street name "Snake Eyes." He's a skilled fighter, gambler, and opportunist, working as a street-level hustler, but his eyes are always on revenge against his father's killer. His prowess in combat and undying will for vengeance catch the attention of the Arashikage clan, a secretive ninja family that controls vast power in Japan. The clan saves him from certain death and, in turn, offers him a place to call home, along with a chance to earn their trust through a series of brutal tests. As he trains and delves deeper into the world of the Arashikage, he draws the interest of the clan's heir, Tommy, and develops a bond with him.
