PlotAn isolated farmer and widower, Henry, lives a quiet life on a rural homestead with his teenage son, Wyatt. Despite living on the fringes of society, Henry is a principled man, dedicating himself to instilling values and a sense of hard work into Wyatt. Their relatively peaceful existence is shattered when Henry discovers an injured man named Curry and a satchel full of cash. Curry claims to be a lawman in pursuit of dangerous outlaws. Torn between suspicion and his innate desire to help, Henry cautiously nurses the stranger back to health, aware of the potential danger that might follow.
As the threat looms closer, Henry is forced to confront his mysterious past, which he has kept hidden from his son. The arrival of a posse claiming to be law enforcement intensifies the situation, challenging Henry's moral compass and his ability to protect his homestead. The tension escalates when these men demand that Henry hand over Curry and the stolen money. With the safety of his son as his paramount concern, Henry must navigate a precarious situation that tests his mettle, his sense of justice, and the lengths he will go to in order to keep his family safe from harm. The farm becomes a tense battleground as truths are unearthed and loyalty is put to the ultimate test.
