After spending over two decades on the road with the legendary Blue Oyster Cult, Jimmy Testagros returns to his hometown in Queens, New York. Jobless and finding himself at a crossroads, he reluctantly moves back in with his ailing mother. The environment he once left behind now seems unfamiliar as he grapples with past relationships and unresolved conflicts. Among the faces from his past is Nikki, a former girlfriend who is now married to his high school nemesis, Randy. Jimmy’s sudden return and aimless drifting stir up old wounds and spark new tensions.

Jimmy's struggle to reclaim some semblance of his former life leads him down a path of introspection and confrontation.
