PlotIn a small town, Cru Jones is an industrious 18-year-old with a passion for BMX racing. Despite the laudable dedication he has to his paper route and helping his mother with various tasks, his true love lies in mastering daring bike stunts alongside his friends at the local track. His skills are not just for show; they represent his dreams and aspirations for a future beyond the confines of his humble beginnings. When the opportunity to compete in a massive BMX race event called Helltrack surfaces, Cru finds himself at a crossroads. The competition boasts a lucrative prize and could be the gateway to a professional racing career, but it clashes with his scheduled SATs, a critical step towards a more traditional route to success.
Ignoring the expectations of his mother and the skepticism of the town, Cru decides to pursue his dream, sparked by the chance to race against his idols, particularly the champion racer Bart Taylor. As Cru dives into the cutthroat world of BMX racing, he also connects with a savvy and skilled racer named Christian, who becomes an ally and training partner. However, the barriers they must overcome extend beyond the physical rigors of the sport. They face corporate scheming orchestrated by the race sponsor, aiming to manipulate the competition to their advantage. This realization forces Cru to not only push his riding capabilities to their limit but also find clever means to protect the integrity of the sport he loves.
