A small group of adventurers, including paleontologist Kevin Hall, crash-land in the dense jungles of the Amazon while en route to a remote archaeological dig site. Alongside Kevin are several other passengers, such as an anthropologist named Professor Pedro Ibañez, his daughter Eva, and a fashion photographer named John. Stranded and desperate for survival, they soon face the dangerous and untamed natural elements of the jungle. They encounter various unknown threats that include treacherous wildlife and inhospitable terrain. Tensions rise among the group as they struggle to navigate through this perilous environment, looking for a way out.
