PlotMac and Kelly Radner are a young couple with a newborn baby, trying to adapt to their new, quieter lifestyle in a suburban neighborhood. Their peace is shattered when a rowdy fraternity moves in next door, led by the charismatic president, Teddy. Initially attempting a friendly approach, Mac and Kelly introduce themselves to the fraternity in hopes of keeping the noise down. Teddy assures them they’ll be good neighbors, inviting them to join a party, which gets out of hand. Despite initial attempts at compromise, the fraternity's constant parties and disruptive behavior soon push the Radners to their breaking point.
As tensions escalate, Mac and Kelly realize they need to take serious action if they want any semblance of peace restored. They concoct various schemes to sabotage the fraternity's wild lifestyle, leading to a series of comedic confrontations. The conflict intensifies as both sides refuse to back down, resulting in hilarious and chaotic incidents.
