PlotTwo best friends, Clif and Derek, embark on a round-the-world trip to document their adventures and create a web series. Derek, who has been diagnosed with a potentially life-threatening brain condition, is determined to live life to the fullest. As they travel through Europe, their adventure takes a dark turn in Paris. After a mysterious encounter with a woman, Derek begins to exhibit strange symptoms. He experiences increased strength, heightened senses, and an insatiable hunger that cannot be easily controlled. The friends struggle to understand what is happening to Derek and how to manage his escalating and terrifying transformation.
As Derek's condition worsens, the once playful travel blog morphs into a frantic video diary documenting their desperate attempts to uncover the truth. They face increasing danger and difficult moral decisions. Amidst the chaos, their friendship is tested to its limits as they navigate the rapidly deteriorating situation. Clif tries to support his friend while fearing for both their lives. Their journey becomes a harrowing race against time to find answers or a possible cure before Derek's affliction consumes him or leads to catastrophic consequences.
