PlotA couple, Scott and Penny, embark on a retreat to a remote cabin in the hopes of reinvigorating their strained relationship and Scott's documentary film project. As they settle into their secluded environment, they stumble upon eerie, life-like scarecrow sculptures scattered around the wilderness. Strange occurrences begin to unsettle their isolation as they uncover that the scarecrows are the work of the reclusive and enigmatic artist known as "Mr. Jones," a creator shrouded in mystery and fearsome renown.
In pursuit of an exclusive documentary, Scott becomes increasingly obsessed with Mr. Jones and his bizarre creations, while Penny grows apprehensive of the hidden dangers they might have awakened. Their investigative endeavor leads them deeper into Mr. Jones' world, blurring the lines between reality and nightmare. Confronted with inexplicable phenomena and their own fears, Scott and Penny must confront the malevolent forces that have ensnared them, discovering terrifying truths about Mr. Jones’ influence over their fate.
