PlotEthan Renner, a seasoned CIA operative, learns that he is terminally ill with cancer and decides to reconnect with his estranged wife Christine and teenage daughter Zooey in Paris. With only months to live, Ethan hopes to make amends for his absenteeism and become a better father. As he attempts to rebuild the broken relationship with his family, his life is complicated by the sudden intrusion of Vivi Delay, a mysterious CIA assassin. She offers Ethan an experimental drug that could potentially prolong his life in exchange for one last assignment. Considering his daughter's future and the chance to right past wrongs, Ethan reluctantly agrees to the deal.
Tasked with hunting down and eliminating one of the world's most ruthless terrorists, known as the Wolf, Ethan juggles the demands of his high-stakes mission and family obligations. However, his professional life begins to bleed into his personal life, as his commitments to his daughter inconvenience his operational objectives. Ethan's condition worsens, and the side effects of the experimental drug begin to take their toll, adding additional strain and urgency to his already challenging circumstances. As Ethan closes in on the Wolf, he must navigate the treacherous waters of international espionage while ensuring the safety and future of his family.
