PlotStruggling with deep emotional pain after a personal tragedy, a man receives an unexpected invitation from his ex-wife and her new husband to attend a dinner party at his former home in the Hollywood Hills. The man, filled with both trepidation and curiosity, decides to go, accompanied by his new girlfriend. Upon arrival, they join a diverse group of old friends, each with their own complex histories and relationships with the hosts. The atmosphere is initially cordial, yet peculiar, as their hosts exhibit increasingly strange behavior.
As the evening progresses, the tension escalates when the hosts reveal their affiliation with a mysterious group and introduce their guests to their new philosophical beliefs. The man's growing suspicion and paranoia about the true intention behind the gathering lead him to scrutinize every gesture and conversation. Despite the group's attempts to maintain decorum, the man becomes convinced that something insidious lies beneath the facade of the reunion, transforming what was expected to be a night of closure into a haunting ordeal of psychological unraveling.
