PlotJeremy Capello is a high school student navigating the typical teenage challenges of adolescence. One night, intending just an ordinary delivery for his part-time job, he inadvertently stumbles into an encounter that changes his life forever: he becomes a vampire. Struggling to understand his new identity, Jeremy finds himself suddenly avoiding sunlight, displaying unusual thirsts, and grappling with new powers. As he adjusts to these changes, he remains reluctant about where this newfound existence might lead.
Simultaneously, Jeremy must deal with hunters fixated on eradicating vampires. As these hunters close in, Jeremy seeks guidance from a mentor vampire who attempts to teach him how to live as a vampire without losing touch with his humanity. Juggling these novel supernatural lessons with the everyday challenge of high school and maintaining friendships proves difficult. Soon, he discovers the complexities of friendship and love when romance emerges unexpectedly within his social circle. With everything at stake, Jeremy's journey becomes a quest for balance as he navigates his dual realities while trying to hide the truth from those closest to him.
