A group of friends, led by Noah and including Mia, Billy, Desiree, and Troit, escapes from a nightmarish event in the Cape Cod marshes. They find temporary refuge in an isolated house, hoping to recuperate and call for help. However, their respite is short-lived as they discover that they are not alone.
