PlotA renowned plastic surgeon, Dr. Frank Flamand, is engulfed in a tragedy when a patient, Barbara Hallen, is accidentally disfigured during a minor procedure in his clinic, causing a public scandal. Borne from guilt and a consequential lawsuit, Flamand is desperate for redemption. He sees an opportunity for this redemption, and to restore his tarnished reputation, when Hallen's father, a powerful businessman, offers him an unlimited financial reward to repair his daughter's ruined face. Driven by a mix of professional pride and personal crisis, Flamand becomes consumed with fixation on correcting his mistake, pushing the boundaries of medical ethics.
In pursuit of the perfect donor for a face transplant, Flamand enlists the help of his girlfriend and clinic assistant, Nathalie, and a shady figure from the underworld, Gordon. They abduct a young woman, with the ideal features needed for the transplant, leading to a chilling descent into the illegal and immoral world of involuntary organ donation. As the trio works to carry out the surgery under clandestine conditions, they become entangled in a web of criminal activities, all while trying to avoid detection from the authorities and the consequences of their actions. Their lives become perilous as they try to balance the secrecy of their mission with their personal demons and external threats.
