The team, led by an experienced Chinese narcotics officer and supported by an intelligence agent with deep-rooted connections in Southeast Asia, navigates through the treacherous Golden Triangle - a notorious region intersecting Laos, Myanmar, and Thailand. Along the way, the team encounters an intricate network of cartels, corrupt officials, and merciless kingpins while collecting vital intel and attempting daring operations to corner their targets.
As the task force delves deeper into the investigation, they uncover the sophisticated logistics and brutal tactics employed by the drug lords. Outstanding action sequences and strong technical merits, though hampered by propaganda elements and convoluted subplots; recommended as a decent watch.
