PlotEvan Webber, a devoted husband and father, finds himself alone for the weekend while his family is away on a beach vacation. An architect by profession, Evan plans to use this solitude to catch up on work, but his focus shifts dramatically one rainy night. Two young women, Genesis and Bel, unexpectedly show up at his doorstep, claiming to be lost and seeking directions to a party. Sympathetic to their plight and amid a storm, Evan allows them into his home to dry off and wait for a car. Inside, the women exhibit increasingly flirtatious behavior, leading to a night that Evan never anticipated, blurring the lines of hospitality and moral boundaries.
The next morning, Evan finds himself embroiled in an escalating situation as Genesis and Bel's demeanor shifts from grateful guests to something more sinister. As he attempts to navigate the complexities of his choices, the duo begins to reveal their true intentions. This encounter plunges Evan into a psychological game of cat and mouse, where the stakes are not just his marriage and career, but his very sense of morality and self. The serene facade of his comfortable life is shattered, leaving him to confront the consequences of a single night's decisions amidst an increasingly bizarre and dangerous predicament.
