La La Land

In Los Angeles, a city of dreams and heartbreak, an aspiring actress named Mia serves lattes to movie stars while juggling auditions. She dreams of the day she'll escape the drudgery of her day job and become a celebrated actress. In contrast, Sebastian, a jazz pianist with a passionate soul, yearns to open his own club and keep the fading art form alive. Fate causes their paths to cross at a series of chance encounters that initially seem to suggest they are mismatched.

As Mia and Sebastian begin to find in each other a kindred spirit, their lives become entwined. Their blossoming romance and shared desire to pursue their dreams propel them forward.
