Our Kind of Traitor

PlotPerry, an ordinary British university lecturer, and his girlfriend Gail are on holiday in Marrakech when they meet Dima, a charismatic and larger-than-life Russian millionaire. Dima, who is under threat from a powerful criminal syndicate, reveals that he is a money launderer for the Russian mafia and seeks Perry's help to defect to the British intelligence services. Despite their initial reluctance, Perry and Gail are gradually drawn into Dima's dangerous world when Perry agrees to pass a USB drive containing sensitive information to MI6 upon their return to London.
The couple finds themselves embroiled in a web of espionage and betrayal that involves not only the Russian mafia but also corruption within the British government. As Dima's situation becomes increasingly perilous, Perry and Gail's loyalty and courage are tested. Compelled into a high-stakes game of international intrigue, they must navigate a treacherous path while attempting to save Dima and his family from imminent danger. Through their ordeal, they discover the far-reaching consequences of their actions and the complex moralities that lie beneath the surface of loyalty, justice, and survival.
