Nobody
Director: Ilya Naishuller
Actors: Bob Odenkirk, Aleksey Serebryakov, Connie Nielsen
PlotAn unassuming family man and overlooked suburban father, Hutch Mansell, endures the monotony of his seemingly dull existence. His routine life as an office worker and passive husband hides a past that contrasts starkly with his current mundane activities. His relationship with his family is strained, as his son Blake and wife Becca perceive his passive nature as a sign of weakness. This perception is heightened when Hutch fails to defend his family during a home invasion, opting for restraint over violence, further disappointing his son and feeding his image as a nobody.
The break-in acts as a catalyst, awakening deep-seated instincts within Hutch and reigniting a hidden rage. As he begins to track down the burglars, Hutch is unwittingly dragged back into a world he had left behind, full of danger and brutality. His quest for vengeance reveals a hidden skillset as an ex-underground operative, unlocking a darker side that shocks his family and entangles him in a conflict with a Russian crime lord. Despite his intention to protect his family, Hutch's actions trigger a violent chain reaction that threatens to expose his shadowy past and bring havoc upon those he loves.
