PlotMadison, a pregnant woman enduring domestic violence, begins to experience vivid, terrifying visions of gruesome murders. After a particularly violent encounter with her husband, Derek, Madison wakes up to find him dead, having been killed in a manner strikingly similar to that of her visions. As a result, she becomes paralyzed with fear, contemplating the unsettling connection between her mind and the killings. Her trauma is deepened by inexplicable blackouts and the baffling onset of these premonitory episodes, which disrupt her sense of reality. While the police, including Detective Kekoa Shaw, are skeptical of her involvement, her adoptive sister Sydney strives to uncover the truth behind Madison's horrifying experiences.
As Madison's visions persist, she discovers they are not mere hallucinations but are, in fact, happening in real-time — she's witnessing real murders as they are being committed. This revelation propels her to uncover the sinister truth behind these events. Delving into Madison's past with the help of Sydney and the police, they unearth long-buried secrets tied to her childhood, revealing a connection to an old, abandoned research institute. As the body count rises, Madison and her allies race against time to decipher the links between her past, the institute, and the relentless killer before more lives are lost.
