Marmaduke
Director: Tom Dey
Actors: Owen Wilson, Judy Greer, Lee Pace
PlotA rambunctious Great Dane, belonging to the Winslow family, finds his life turned upside down when his family moves from Kansas to California for Phil Winslow’s new job. As they settle into their new suburban lifestyle, the overly gigantic dog, known for causing trouble, struggles to fit in with the local pedigreed pets and their owners. His gargantuan size and awkward demeanor make it difficult for him to blend seamlessly into his new environment. As he navigates the trials and tribulations of adjusting to a new home, he becomes infatuated with a beautiful collie named Jezebel, who is unfortunately involved with Bosco, the dominant and bullying alpha dog.
As he attempts to win Jezebel’s affections and find his place among his new friends, he consistently causes chaos and manages to drag his family into his escapades. From disastrous beach outings to high-spirited dog park shenanigans, his desire to be accepted leads to a series of humorous and heartwarming adventures. Through his ups and downs, he discovers the true meaning of belonging and family, impacting both his furry friends and the human members of the community.
