PlotIn Southern California, best friends Ben and Chon run a lucrative homegrown marijuana operation, benefiting from Ben's expertise in botany and Chon's former Navy SEAL and ex-mercenary experience. Their peaceful and successful life is shared with Ophelia, whom they both love. The trio's unique relationship adds an emotional complexity to their lifestyle. Their marijuana business has thrived, leading to a comfortable life in Laguna Beach, but it soon catches the eye of the Mexican Baja Cartel, headed by the merciless Elena. The cartel demands a partnership, but the friends refuse the offer, a dangerous choice that they're well aware will have consequential implications.
As a response, the cartel abducts Ophelia, pushing Ben and Chon into a high-stakes battle against an enemy whose reach knows no bounds. Faced with a looming threat, they must devise a cunning plan to rescue Ophelia and ensure their safety. Entering a brutal and intense conflict, the friends utilize their combined knowledge and skills in an attempt to outwit and overpower the cartel.
