PlotAlice Kinney, recently separated from her husband Austen, moves back to her hometown of Los Angeles with her two young daughters to start fresh. Struggling to adjust to her new life and rediscover her sense of self, Alice decides to celebrate her 40th birthday with a night out. On this night, she crosses paths with three aspiring filmmakers—Harry, George, and Teddy—who are in desperate need of a place to stay. Charmingly persuading Alice, the trio winds up moving into her guesthouse temporarily, bringing an unexpected sense of adventure and youth back into her life.
As the days progress, Alice becomes intertwined in the lives of these three young men, helping them navigate their journey in the film industry while they, in turn, help her rebuild her confidence and find joy. Just when things start to feel stable and promising for Alice and her newfound friends, her estranged husband Austen re-enters the picture, further complicating matters. The delicate balance Alice has managed to achieve begins to wobble as she faces decisions about what she wants for her own future and the future of those around her.

Home Video Reviews
Home Again offers decent technical execution but falls short with its lackluster script and forgettable storyline; better off as a rental.
