Mike and Rodney are top salesmen at a tire company, living life on the fast track, enjoying their status and carefree existence. Their lives take a sharp turn after they play a humiliating prank on their officious colleague, Ken. When the company’s old-school boss dies suddenly, Ken is promoted to head of sales, and the first order of business in his new position is to demote Mike and Rodney to secretaries as revenge for prior humiliations. Thrown into unfamiliar territory, the duo struggles with their new roles and clashes with the existing secretarial staff, who are not particularly welcoming to two arrogant former executives.
