Randy Stevens, a dedicated scoutmaster, is passionate about keeping the spirit of scouting alive despite dwindling membership and enthusiasm. When his brother Kirk, who runs a glitzy, high-tech youth center, hosts a sleepover event, Randy seizes the opportunity to turn the tide.
