In Los Angeles, two hitmen, Vincent and Jules, are tasked with retrieving a briefcase containing mysterious content for their boss, gangster Marsellus Wallace. Their day spirals into unexpected events as they perform their duty, leading to philosophical conversations about fate and chance. Simultaneously, an intertwining narrative follows a struggling boxer, Butch, who is supposed to throw a fight for a large sum of money at Marsellus's behest. Butch's moral dilemma and his turbulent past results in a life-altering decision that sets him on a collision course with the criminal underworld.
