The Babymakers
Director: Jay Chandrasekhar
Actors: Paul Schneider, Olivia Munn, Kevin Heffernan
PlotAfter trying unsuccessfully to conceive a child for nine months, a couple comes to the distressing realization that the husband's previous sperm donation, which he presumed would be a backup for their fertility troubles, is no longer available. The husband, haunted by the possibility of not being able to have a child, hatches an unorthodox plan. He decides to steal back his last remaining sperm sample from the sperm bank where he made his donation years earlier. His motivation stems from a deep desire to fulfill both his and his wife's dreams of parenthood, showcasing his desperation and the lengths he's willing to go for family.
Forming a ragtag team with his friends, the husband embarks on a ludicrous and highly risky heist that involves breaking into the highly secured sperm bank. Despite their lack of criminal experience and the absurdity of their mission, the group's determination pushes them to confront a series of unexpectedly comedic challenges. Their journey is fraught with hilarity and mishaps, highlighting the extremes to which one might go when driven by love and the desire to build a family. Their unconventional approach to solving their fertility woes leads them down a path filled with unforeseen complications, testing the bonds of friendship and marriage.
