His son, Ip Ching, attends an elementary school that becomes the target of a ruthless property developer looking to usurp the land for his own gain. The developer hires a local gang led by a crude and powerful adversary to intimidate the school into submission. As tensions rise, the grandmaster takes it upon himself to protect the school and its people, relying on his extraordinary martial arts skills. During this conflict, he encounters Cheung Tin-chi, another Wing Chun practitioner whose ambitions and family circumstances create an intricate dynamic between them.
