Enough Said
Director: Nicole Holofcener
Actors: Julia Louis-Dreyfus, James Gandolfini, Catherine Keener
PlotA divorced and self-employed masseuse, Eva, facing an empty nest as her daughter prepares for college, meets Albert at a party. Despite initial apprehension due to their shared middle-aged status and personal insecurities, they find themselves attracted to each other's humor and candor. Both are recovering from failed marriages and are cautious yet hopeful about starting anew. Their burgeoning relationship is marked by warmth and an appreciation for each other's quirks, as they enjoy getting to know one another intimately.
Concurrently, Eva strikes a friendship with a new massage client, Marianne, who is a poet. As Eva and Marianne bond, Marianne continually complains about her ex-husband's annoying habits. Unbeknownst to Eva, the man Marianne often criticizes is actually Albert, Eva's new romantic interest. As Eva becomes deeply involved in both relationships, she finds herself in a complex situation as she gains insights about Albert from Marianne's rants, leading her to evaluate her feelings and the potential future of her relationship with Albert.
