The second story revolves around an Italian widow named Luisa, who is stranded in Memphis with her husband's coffin. Awaiting an early morning flight, she shares the hotel room with Dee Dee, a chatty young woman who has just left her boyfriend. Lastly, the third story features Johnny, a recently fired and heartbroken British expatriate struggling with his emotions.
