Tensions escalate as Jacques demands to stay, entangling himself in the lives of Bailey and those close to him.
Old wounds are reopened and simmering conflicts rise to the surface, impacting the relationships among the town's residents, including Bailey's close friend and ex-girlfriend Mary and her son Martin. As the protagonists navigate their deep-seated guilt and the burdens of lost dreams, the social fabric of the town is tested. Down the Shore boasts believably complex characters with splendid audio/video quality but lacks supplemental content; worth a rental, especially for Gandolfini fans.
