Chuck Clarke and Lyle Rogers are untalented songwriters struggling to make it big in New York City. Despite their lack of success, they secure a gig to perform at a hotel in Morocco. Once there, they unknowingly become entangled in a dangerous political plot. A mysterious woman persuades Chuck to deliver a secret map, which he agrees to do without understanding its significance. As they navigate through this complex situation, they encounter various agents from the CIA, who are also after the map.
