Actors: David Arquette, Kari Wuhrer, Scott Terra
PlotIn a small Arizona mining town, a toxic waste spill occurs, contaminating a pond nearby a local exotic spider farm. This accident results in the spiders consuming contaminated crickets, which causes them to mutate into gigantic, aggressive predators. The town's eccentric spider farmer is unaware of the looming danger as his new pets begin to break free from their enclosures. Simultaneously, a mining engineer returns to his hometown after a decade, aiming to investigate the reasons behind the mine's closure, and unexpectedly finds himself amidst growing peculiarities and disturbances in the town.
As the mutated spiders grow in size and number, they start to invade the town, causing chaos and trapping the residents. Aided by the town sheriff, her daughter, and the mining engineer, the community must come together to battle against these monstrous creatures. With the spiders taking over homes and the streets, the townspeople are forced to arm themselves with whatever weapons they can muster in a desperate bid for survival. Rallying together, they initiate a fierce fight against their eight-legged invaders, striving to reclaim their town before it is completely overrun.
